Need advice on Hiking routes

Hi.. Friends from Denmark will be visiting me in August and we have agreed to go hiking for three days. But where do I find a hiking trail with medium difficulty??

Any advice would be welcome..

I have the book, the Happy Wanderer- you are welcome to borrow it.  It has mostly day hikes in the Geneva area.  I have only a few hikes in it so far, but it should give you a few ideas.

Tour de Mont Blanc from Contamines to Courmeyeur can be done in 3 days and then you get the bus back through the tunnel.  Alternatively Courmeyeur to Ferret in Switzerland the car posal and bus back but if they are from Denmark should you not be walking round the lake?

There is a book by Janet Norton Walking in Hte Savoie which I could possibly lend you (if I can find it ) with one and two day walks.  But if I were you I would try thze tour de Mt Blnac option.  Ican give you more details if you want.

Other possibilities are Jura traverses.  Say La Givrine to St Croix, sections of tzhe topur du Wildhorn, or tour du Combin.  Verbier to Arolla (the walkers Haute route is impressive (one interesting ladder which is best not to fall off) again I think I have the book.  It goes up to 3000 metres, crosses two glaciers but no equipment needed
