Need recommendation for clothing store

I am an American who comes to Geneva often for meetings at a UN specialized agency, and I have just arrived for an 18 day stint. My bag, however, has not, and I can't wait for it any further.

Can readers recommend a clothing store for a very basic business casual wardrobe (button-down shirts and khaki pants, and basic ties)? Quality is less important than price, as I only need the garments to last for 17 days at most. If I were home in this situation, I would head to Walmart a low end department store. There does not seem to be a Walmart equivalent here (that's usually a good thing, but not for my situation), and I'd like to do better than Manor's prices for emergency clothing.

Thanks to all!

H&M has cheap business casual stuff, Zara and Mango too, maybe C&A?

Don't forget to claim the insurance amounts you're entitled to afterwards!

The recommendations are appreciated. The bag finally showed up before I had enough time off work to find something that fits.
