I'm sorry to read your message and I am quite shocked, especially at this hour!

My 'advert' is indeed in the classifieds area as well, but we thought it was relevant to post it in the Forums as it could benefit from more visibility.

As for the PM to Anushka, it seemed more appropriate and professional to address certain specific issues (including availability and prices) personally.

You could see this as 'rubbish' but I assure you this is not. I'm quite suprised you would imagine I would simply 'con' people openly like that.

We have a very serious business plan, serious Geneva-based partners and we are simply doing what is called a market research to assess how many people we would reach upon opening in March or early April.

Dont be shocked or Surprised, there are alot of scammers, even in Glocals. Even with the very tight fists of the founders.

And beause you feel the forums is a easier forum to venture, its not the best ways to address your 'serious attentions' and Serious Business plans.

go to Classified or see with the Nir or Oded to ensure they agree with your approach.

but many people in Geneva, glocals, expat community get scammed by 'Rental proposition in classified,' so you coming to Forums or blog, its not generally 'glocal' appropriate from what I understand. and as shared rents, shared business rent agreements, CDMs, or shared living spaces are very sensitive in Glocals because many dont know about the legal aspects. I suggest you give a better explaination next time to everyone to ensure , good faith and serious intentions. PMs seems to me very very questionable and I suggest others beware, dont commit unless you have full swiss contractual protection, if not you will be 'thrown on the street', as in the United States of America moto ' Buyer or everyone Beware'.

In response to many demands, and to cease being misinterpreted by thoughtful and responsible glocal members defending their turf,

I will give a bit more information about the co-working space. We have not secured the location yet but for now, let's say that it will be in the Bains area, not far from Jonction, not far from Plainpalais and very close to Blvd. Carl-Vogt.

The name will be the Rendez-Vous Space, and will be one of several  establishments. Geneva is proud to welcome the first! Lausanne probably second in the near future. 20 permanent workstations, 12 "nomadic", a lounge area with coffee / tea table and lots of storage space.

Conference room and reception, staff present all day every day.

The monthly prices are all inclusive of a 120x80cm desk with storage, with WI-FI, unlimited use of the 8-seater conference room (on a booking system) unlimited coffees and teas, water dispenser, croissants in the morning and biscuits all afternoon. Beers and nibbles on Friday night, to the discretion of the manager, and only if you wish to!

So, the permanent desk prices are as follows:

CHF 500/month (permanent workstation - all inclusive)

CHF 150/week (permanent workstation - all inclusive)

The following prices are for a standard 80x60cm normal desk for "nomadic" use i.e day, a few hours or possibly even a week.

CHF 5/hour (all inclusive of drinks and food too - depening on croissant availability! - no storage)

CHF 2/additional hour (all inclusive of drinks and food too - depening on croissant availability! - no storage)

CHF 25/day (all inclusive of drinks and food too - depening on croissant availability! - no storage)

To submit an application for a permanent workstation, we need:

-Your business entity (website, business card)

-Completed application form (in process of creation).

For a nomadic one, for hour / day (or say week if there aren't any permanent workstations available), you just need to show up on the day and give us your name and expected length of stay.

Stay tuned for the website, I will post a URL in the Classified section when it is ready, but let's say a couple weeks or so. You can already pre-book or say you want to be among the first people to visit the space on the "inauguration" day!
