New Zealand Wine in Geneva

Calling all Antipodean expats - do you have any idea where I can get hold of NZ wine in Geneva. Ideally I would love to drink it but I would settle for where I can just buy it. The best I have been able to muster up is the ever present whither hills and cloudy bay and any NZ wine afficionado will tell you that there are so many other amazing wines which just don't get a look in! I absolutely ADORE central otago pinot noirs but I'm not fussy as long as it's not CB or WH!


Looking forward to some responses!

Helen - my wife and I are also having withdrawal symptoms !!! You could try HP Fine wines ( shop.hpfinewines.com ) and see how you go.

Lavinia and Globus both have a selection of NZ wines.

H iHelen - would you believe it my wife is from Central Otago (Lawrence) and I am from just over the hill in South Otago. Whence our love of the fine wines from around the area !!

Hello! there isnt much around, ill tell you that! There is nothing better than a Malborough Region Sav blanc but finding one here is more difficult. Actually would you believe i found a few not half bad ones in Lidl and also at Manor.


What i wouldnt give to find a glass of giesen here. my cousins actually Matawhero wines, you know it?

I'm also a lover of NZ wines, Co-op have a good Sauv about the 14CHF mark, Globus also do a couple, (Momo tends to fly in and out). You can get a wider range online through LeShop and Co-op or the wine shop on Rue Des Eaux Vives has a couple.
