Welcome to your worse housing nightmare...
That's a bit ominous.... I have accomodation for 2 months and then I would like to find a flatshare. Are there any websites that can be recommended?

The Classifieds section here on glocals and http://www.easywg.ch/?l=1. You really don't know what you are getting yourself into do you.

Agree with Catalin, it is a nightmare. The flats are often in bad condition, often not furnished at all, old electricity systems, really expensive, when you finally arrange a meeting for visiting the flat, there will be plenty people there to visit the same appartment, there are also some documents you should present to the owner. Basically you won´t get much for your money. Also if you need something to be repaired it may take months. So enjoy your stay at home before you move to Geneva (also note that shops are closing every day at 19h with exception of Thursday 21h, on Sundays 95% of shops are closed and those that are open are even more expensive than the normal ones).
