New to Geneva and need to find a Volleyball team

Hi All,


I will be moving to Geneva from Guernsey U.K. in the next 3 weeks with my lovely wife and 2 angelic little boys.Laughing

My Volleyball coach is furious with me as I am supposed to be training for the 2013 Bermuda Island Games (www.natwestislandgames2013.com). So I really need some help to find a men’s indoor team to train with and possibly play. I don’t speak French so I am hoping there is a patient English speaking coach somewhere in Geneva!


Any help would be great. I will probably look at playing a little beach as well but indoor is my priority.

Hi Ross - There is a Geneva 'Relax' league whichis co-ed and decent play.  You can first come to trainings to check it out, please let me know if you are interested.  I play on the Bernex team and we train 8pm Mondays at the school lechepelet.  There are mostly locals who probably know if there are any men's leagues

Thanks for your reply. I am interested but at the moment it is a bit difficult as I am on my own with 2 boys 4 and 5.


I will try and find a babysitter for monday so I can come and see.
