I have never heard of a German restaurant in Geneva, possibly because this is a French-orientated city.  Genevans tend to look and go to Paris for culture, amusement, etc.

Bern just happens to be the capital where the parliament meets and the people speak a barbaric language. As for Zürich . . .

Head out to Vaud for all your wurst needs. But Currywurst in a restaurant? Surely you're from Berlin?

Confirmation of what I was trying to convey.  Vaud has much more affinity with all things German than Geneva.  Maybe the Bernese occupation contributed to greater understanding and appreciation.

Or maybe you don't find currywurst in restaurants because this is just not considered as gastronomy...
