Does the 7 days include Sat/Sundays? ie, if I resign on Friday 20th is the 7 days Sat 21st to Friday27th ? I can't see anything on web saying "working days"......?

7 days is 7 days...same a a month is a month. (unless your contract stipulates "working days", in which case its 7 working days .-) )
