While going through another round of hell, I wonder if anyone has ever tried to file a complaint against OCP? Or any sort of legal action? Or anything of that sort to get somebody in that black hole accountable for their infamous efficiency.

i don't know any of the details, but in general, seems to be that you have to have a super strong case to the the OCP to coura over anything. They are high profile so I'm suthe their actions are watched by their lawyers and are grounded in some law.
What ever you issue with them, I recommend to solve it directly with them, and not to waste time on a legal battle with them
