I move out of my appartment and my régie searches for a new tenant with rent starting in October:

The luminous apartment (2 pièces, 35sqm) is located in the calm neighborhood of Sécheron/Nations directly next to Parc Baton/Perle du Lac and Campus Biotech, close to Jardin botanique/botanical garden. The apartment includes:

- Living/bed room
- Entrance room with integrated cupboards
- Kitchen includes fridge, sink, and shelves; additional appliances can be bought from the current owner (see below)
- Bathroom
- Personal storage space (with lock) in the cellar
- Access to shared washing machine and tumbler in the cellar (a washing machine can also be installed in the apartment)

Furniture:
Most furniture can be bought from the current owner, e.g., kitchen appliances (incl. stove, oven, microwave), cupboard, bed frame, shelves, table, chairs. The items you buy determine the overall price for the furniture.

Rent: 1’200 CHF/month
Provision (Heating/hot water): 137 CHF/month

Garantie bancaire : 3 months rent / 4'011 CHF

Important: Your monthly net salary should be higher than 4’011 CHF. If your monthly net salary is lower than 4’011 CHF, you need a guarantor that lives in Switzerland and signs the contract with you and confirms that (s)he backs your rent. This is due to the rule that the monthly rent should not exceed one third of your monthly net salary.

Further note that during your rent, you need to have a both a personal liability insurance and a home contents insurance that you have to prove to the régie.

Your renting contract will be made directly with the régie (i.e., no sublet).
