Anyone go to this two years ago when they did it last?  I can't imagine it's too much fun given the cold temperatures and i'm doubting the city can host anything interesting.  However, I really want it to be cool so I'm hoping to get some input =)

Or any other suggestions?  We are looking for a bar scence or lower key club; neither with an upfront charge/cost over 25chf.
