It is a day-pass with no date specific upon purchase (unlike the one you buy from the mairie). I think you get 50% discount on mountain railways with this card.
FYI, you must validate the ticket on the orange validator machines prior to boarding the train.

Hi.. Thanks for the reply gerald. But I believe the SBB train goes from cornavin to Engelberg. So I can travel with this ticket during this travel right.. i mean 100% discount on this travel between cornavin to engelberg right.

Raj, it is a day-pass. you can travel anywhere in Switzerland from 9AM M-F and first trip over the week-end.
If you happen to encounter additional railpass charge, it means it is not covered by SBB.
