Get away from your computer!

Mint (tea) is supposed to do some good, btw.

OK maybe this is off the wall, but did you know that economy light bulbs are just mini-fluorescents without a built-in suppressor? This means they also give off radio-wave frequency radiation, and as I understand it, it's not recommended to use them at distances less than 30cm, eg as a desk light.

Hope this helps

I don't think radio waves can cause migraine or any other illnesses. First of all, we are all emerged in a big bath of these waves due to all the radio stations around as (even more, any current-carrying cable emits electromagnetic radiation at 50 Hz). But even in times before the radio, there were radio waves around, as they are, e.g., also created by the sun or inside earth's atmosphere.

Thank you both for your posts. I have read that Compact Fluorescent Lights do emit radio wave frequencies, and that these frequencies contribute to the "dirty" 50 or 60hz (depending where you live) power/electromagnetic cloud that is all around us - and that yes this dirty power does in fact cause sickness in some people. (but I don't think it cause any of my problems haha)

For me, it's something different. Fluorescent lights flicker at a certain frequency (literally, they go on and off) @ 10-20khz, which means 10-20 thousand times per second. And for some reason, my brain hates that. My neurons respond by pretty much instantaneously by starting the migraine cascade...and then aie aie aie!
