As far as I know there is only one outdoor place, the blocks at the bottom of the face ouest of the Saleve, info on the "Grimpeurs du Saleve" Facebook page. Indoor the best is Structure in Vernier or Vitamparc in Neydens.
The most knowledgeable climbers in Geneva are Geneve Rocks climbing school. They might have more info.
