Hi everybody
I have been mulling over whether or not to organize monthly over 40's meetings, akin to Ehsaan's "Meet & Greet" evenings. However, one can also go for hikes, play bridge, go bowling etc. It might even be better if two or three of us like-minded individuals could get together and figure out what each one of us might like to organize.
BTW, I like meeting young people (twens, thirties), but at 52, I suppose I have more in comon with people...over 40. there you go.
Anyhow, let's see if this generates any interest at all...

Hi Linda, thanks for answering anyhow. If so few people respond, the solution might be to meet somewhere between where everybody lives, e.g. Berne, loathe though I am to suggest that...

Hi Mike, Gosh Bern seems so far away. I don't even go to the events in Geneva. Maybe if I get a demi-tariff abonnement for the train, I could do it. Anyhow, keep me posted. Thanks, Linda

I used to jog myself until my knees complained...loudly. Now it's the cross trainer. Anyhow, you are based in Geneva as are some of the others who have responded. Let's see how many people react and where they are and take it from there.

Iam not yet 40 but definitely will be 40 one day. It will be nice to have one. All the activities of any youngsters party will still be there - chasing opposite gender, laughter, partnership; but we will doing these things with a little bit of maturity. I shall definitely be in this party.

I am up for almost anything (don't want to end up in jail though ;) ) movies, dining, clubbing, dancing, going to visit and check out other cities in CH, cooking, sports, etc. I am sure we can get a good group by the ammount of replies arriving.
