Only if the person complained, but you would have already had a parking ticket on your window, if it was really stopping someone from using the space, they would have called the police and had it towed. So if you haven't received anything immediately, then you probably have nothing to worry about.

I don't know if  it there was a parking ticket or  not, Because according to patrick location rules when you return a car on the week-end you only have to leave it anywhere nearby the office. So we left it and never came back. Do you think it could have been towned already? it was yesteday in the early evening.

Depending who the owner of the car is, there could be a note on your car, a scratch on your car door, or you could be blocked from leaving the spot when you want to. I'm not sure if owners have the possibility to call the police to get you a ticket or have you towed, but frankly I wouldn't take the risk.

The owners can report it to the police and cite you, the police then send you a fine.. its anything from 40chf to 120..
