Anyone have any experience buying/ living in a PPE apartment? They seem to be more and more common, but I am wary about living in a cooperative building.

Hi,
Yes I have bought a PPE apartment in Geneva. Perhaps message me privately if you have really specific questions? PPE is the way to go as oppose to an apartment with shares ("S.I"). Happy to help.
