Parking a Guest's Car

Dear All

I am looking for advice on where to park my guest's car. She will be here for 1 week and we need to keep her car to be parked all day long. My house is very close to rue de malagnou. thus any solution should be very close to my apartment and also kind of not expensive:)?

Thanks for your advices in advance

We also need parking in Geneva for 1 week over X-mas near our flat in Eaux-vives.

We used to get a yearly macaron to park in the blue zone:

http://www.ge.ch/parkings/macarons/abonnement_macarons.html

But we have been away a year or so, subletting the flat. Now we are coming to close up the flat as we have new plans.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to apply for a temporary macaron? For weeks instead of years?

If not, what would the nearest white zone to us be?

Cheers!
