Are you looking for a pedicure by a qualified chiropodist or simply a place where they will trim your toe nails and apply nail varnish?

If the former, there is a fixed minimum tariff of CHF 90 at the chiropodist’s office or CHF 120 for a home visit.  Some practitioners do charge slightly more.  If you suffer from what can be considered a “medical” condition, you may be able to claim most or some of the cost on your complementary health insurance.

If it’s the latter you need, then look for “beauté des pieds” salons, which are often to be found in hairdressing establishments, beauty salons, etc.  The tariffs there vary enormously.  You can also check out the ads on  glocals’ Classifieds.
