Does anyone no of a personal trainer..or is one??
Hey Amanda,
I might have the guy for you. Just to understand:
- do you need an English speaking one, or is French also good?
- do yo need one that has his own space, or you can work out at your place / gym with the coach?

Yo A,
Got you one of the best trainers around. He works for one of the biggest gyms in Geneva, but also accepts private clients. Speaks English & French fluently, and has his own equipment.
Contact him directly:
Greg, 078.891.71.12
Enjoy the sweat...(-:

Thanks guys

my boyfriend is a personal trainer too at a private gym just over the French border. the sessions will be 1 on 1 and there will only be 1 other person with you at anytime, usually you will be alone. there is also private pilates sessions in the next room from my BF's boss. it is all very proffessional. the owner used to be a physiotherapist so knows how to look after your body properly, inside and outside muscles!
they have a special machine called the Huber, which you use and it targets your weaker muscles so that your body become strong and equally balanced, there will also be a cardio session during your 1 hour lesson.
you will be able to go for a visit to look around, and the boss will have an interview with you to go through what you want to work on, and your health history etc. Doctors prescribe patients to go here too!
i have been before, and I would really reccommend it. the website is
first-training-studio.com.
good luck!
ps, english and french is avvailable fluently,

I've never really bothered with a PT, it wasn't really an option, so I just explored for many years with what worked for me, and blah blah.
I had thought about getting a PT qualification, but I just don't have the time at the moment, and it would only be something I'd do for fun! I have already done exactly this for many friends and friends of friends, most people just need guidance into what they can do for their desired goals, the biggest thing though is motivation, having someone to push you is a huge boost, a training partner can provide this though, hence why I never bothered!
I feel better off for it, I've found out with research/trial and error of what works for me! Now I have enough knowledge and experience from a practical as well as theoretical POV!
I <3 training haha!!
Hope your PT is working you hard!!!
