As far as I know, Harmony Fitness at La Praille and the Ecole Club Migros at Balexert offer Pilates classes, just in case that this might be interesting to you as well. According to my experience, classes at Harmony Fitness are more professional.

she is based in Lausanne but i think she teaches also in Geneva
