Pratique du sport dès l'âge de 16 ans (y.c. les activités extrascolaires)

La pratique sportive avec des contacts physiques est interdite.

Les entraînements individuels sans contact physique sont autorisés (ex : technique individuelle, physique), uniquement en plein air, y compris pour les disciplines collectives et sports de combat. La distance de 1.5m est obligatoire ou port du masque obligatoire si la distance ne peut pas être respectée.

Les compétitions sont interdites.

Les groupes sont de maximum 5 personnes (encadrant.e.s y compris).

Les entraînements en pratique libre (cadre non associatif) sont interdits dans les centres sportifs. Hors des centres sportifs, la pratique libre est limitée à 5 personnes maximum car elle est assimilée à un évènement privé (ex : jogging, cyclisme…autres).
