I've said it before and unfortunately, feel that I have to say it again

People on this [lovely] forum ask lots of questions because they obviously need answers, goes without saying.

But how about "please" and "thank you" folks? Is that too much to ask?

More and more, questions asked, information required, but with no politeness.

This latter costs nothing but means so much.
