Are you going to leave your clothes in the water until some glocals members send you some sound advice?

I hope you won't do the same if once a friend or relative is badly injured and you don't know what to do.

Thanks for your very helpful answer Alexandre. I will immediately call an ambulance for the machine or bring it to the urgences at the hospital to be taken care of.

Any other responses still welcome.

PS. My main worry is not my clothes, but the machine, if that was unclear to someone else.

The cycle does not start

The door is not properly closed.

My daughter has had problem where it did not start because she did not open the water valve far enough.  Additionally she once washed a pillow and it came apart and clogged the hose.  that makes the machine stop.
