I don't know yet any fashion stores for a dress in Geneva but maybe you can try in Annecy ? you can find below a list of stores (general fashion stores) in this city :

close to Geneva in St Julien en Genevois you have Tentations, 6 place du Général de Gaulle.

On the other side I think you can try to find some information if you call the swiss magazine "Edelweiss" I'm sure that the fashion editor could help you... (022 715 23 00 and fashion editor/rédaction mode : Florence Duarte).

Boutique Gala in Cessy/Segny (0033450.41.49.72).  It's just off the main road (N5) between Ferney and Gex

Dresses for hire and/or for sale should be able to help.  Pia (Danish owner who also speaks fluent English and French), is also a great couturiere, so can alter to fit.
