Ecole Club Migros have pottery classes (not sure about jewellery). 

 Créateliers in Rue du Môle have jewellery & pottery classes

The Adult Training Foundation in Geneva (Fondation pour la formation des adultes) has 2 jewelery making courses aimed at the general public: Jewellery Design (Dessin de bijoux) that they recommend you do first then Practical Jewellery Making (Pratique bijouterie).
