Silhouette gym at President Wilson have aquagym classes, as do Plaza Sport. They're not prenatal but if you ask the teacher they will give you guidelines to get you safely through the class.

Aqua Gym classes at General Beaulieu are great. The pool is heated and there is only 4 people per class. The only negative point is that the classes are in the late evenings and you are really tired and hungry afterwards.
