Pretty Stationery

Any ideas on where to find stylish writing paper w/ envelopes....you know, for the old-fashioned way of communication. I tried Papeterie Brachard but they only had one boring, ivory Crane stationery set left.

Hi, I am totally with you on that. I create original cards and personalized stationery. I have some printed cards availablesoon for Valentine's Day, on my FB page, Expressions Lane Art in Geneva, Switzerland. It is nice to know there is a market for stationery, so I will create some. In the meantime you can see some custom houses I did for stationery and stamps, I give drawing and painting lessons, and I have in the last two months completed three calligraphy custom projects.I have seen some nice stationery at Papeterie Wolf on Rue des Eaux Vives also.

Best,

Kate Lanxner

Thanks for your reply, Kate. I've been to Papeterie Wolf on Rue de Confederation and only found purple, yellow, orange sheets of paper. I was looking for something more elegant, distinctive but not official looking. I'm curious to see what you come up with Smile.

What exactly do you mean by 'stylish' or 'elegant and distinctive'? Printed with flowers on it?

If you have already tried Papeterie Wolf and Brachard, what about Ordning Reda in Rive? (but I think they only have plain colours).

Or if you are not in a hurry, get it online ;)

Good point. Not everyone's definition is the same. This would be an example of what I'm looking for but unfortunately they are cards, not writing paper. I have a lot to say ;).
