Hello everybody!
A month ago I bought in my-store.ch (Fox Trot stuff). The delivery period ended on April, 13th. After sending them a complaint they sent me a delivery number of La Poste. The number never "activated". Again, I wrote a complaint and they sent me ANOTHER delivery number (so I interpreted they never sent my package in the first place). I've been waiting now for a week since I received the second number and I haven't received anything.
What should I do? There is no phone number (you contact them only by email)... Has anyone been in this situation?
