Is there a public Library in Geneva where you get music CDs and or DVDs ?
Had this in Amsterdam and it was great especially when checking out different typ of music without investing a lot of money.

there is a library behind the confederation centre and when i joined they gave me information about taking out cds and dvds.. but i never took any out.. however i think they might have some there. Off the main high street..
