Good for her, and I think seriously this have to happen more often as the rents have gone crazy in Geneva area. The property owners keeps on increasing it every 6 months due to constant flow of people coming in and going.
I was also told that there is an organization in Geneva to which one can apply for rent evaluation, and get it reduced without going to the court.
