Has anyone tried the realignment of the first cervical vertebrae? It sounds like an effective technique to solve a number of back / pelvic problems, so I wanted to see reviews before trying (this is typically done by therapists, not by physicians. Also, if you have someone to recommend for this, let me know.

Do you have osteoporosis? If yes, then I wouldn't try this, but if you don't be sure to check whether you have a fracture before proceeding [I have between C1-6].
