Thank you for recoomandation Jack. I contacted Berthoud and he is dealing with tax and insurance. I want someone who should know about disbality law in Switzerland or maybe someone who should have general knowledge of Swiss law. 

If you have a legal problem that’s linked to a physical disability, I suggest you seek out the Swiss association that cares for people who have similar physical impairment – for example, multiple sclerosis, the blind, and so on.

These organizations have experience in defending their members in legal disputes and you should be able to find a website for your particular situation.  If you don’t, contact the main office of Caritas or the Centre social protestant in Geneva (or near to where you live) and make an appointment to see someone in the Legal Section who can give you advice.

I have already contacted Pro-Infirmis, CAMARADA, Caritas, Point info service even AI, Personnes handicapées à Genève and office juridique de protestants unfortunately none of them could help or even can give a simple idea how to deal with a simple question on physical disability law in Geneva. That is why I am looking for a legal lawyer to help in this regard and I just found some who charges 350 chf per hour which is very expensive or maybe it is a rate per hour for all lawyers (confused) :(
