Can someone kindly recommend a good régie, which is ready to take a small co-propriété? We (the owners) have problems with our regie and would like to find a smaller and efficient one. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Would you mind sending the contact to me too, please? The régie administering this PPE (8 flats) i live in is fairly responsive, but I am of the opinion that they are charging far too much and obtaining an alternative quote might be advisable.

Hello! Honestly, as a renter I'm very happy with the SPG. Not sure whether they are small but efficient, for sure!

Regie Bory is big, but very efficient and maticulus. If interested, I can send you emial address of a contact. Also Daudin is good.
I did have a bad experience and suggest to avoid Wincasa.

We had a good experience with one but he retired, it was a very small regie, and now for the big regie we are too small and they dont really care about our problems. It has become a huge pain to deal with them so thought that may be a smaller regie would be more helpful. The current regie seems to be doing us a big favour
