There's also a woman at Toni & Guy who does it for 20CHF. Give them a call, they all speak english..

check on NoMasVello on rue de l'Arquebuse (plainpalais) www.nomasvello-geneve.ch
prices are really affordable !
give them a call - the girls there are really cool and helpful although they are not very fluent in english
