I agree with Alexandre B. : as all the insurances are required by law to give the same benefits to the people they cover (for the basic coverage, which is quite extensive), the cheaper the better !
Now, it's true that if you have a chronic condition, some insurances will allow you to take medicines from the pharmacy without paying (they will do it for you). Some others, like Assura, will let you pay before paying you back. Depends on your situation
