I was wondering if anybody could suggest what is the best approach for finding a commercial space to rent in Geneva at, hopefully a reasonable price.

I've been checking the various regies & real estate agencies web sites for quite a while, however there are not too many options available and prices are quite high.

Any suggestions & tips would be highly appreciated :)
