The rent is 900 CHF per month (all charges - high-speed internet wifi, heating, electricity, anything - included).

The apartment is located in Jonction (1 block away from the Police office of Jonction).

Bus stops of 2, 4, tram 14, 19, D, 11 are right outside of the apartment (which is very useful as you never wait for a bus too long wherever you need to go), as well as Migros and Coop. The neighborhood is also very attractive, as it is within easy reach (walking distance) of the city center, University, parks, cafés and restaurants, indoor/outdoor swimming pool "des Vernets", etc.

It is already furnished (bed, night table, wardrobe/closet, Television, etc).
