Furnished room in a villa located in Pregny-Chambésy, available from December for a period of 6 months
Monthly rent is CHF 900.- and includes WIFI and utilities such as electricity, water, and heat fees. Kitchen supplies fee for 6 months is 20 chf. The house is located in the Chambésy, a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood surrounded by greenery near to the Graduate Institute, Geneva airport and Palais des Nations.
To get to the bus stop from the house, you have to climb UP some stairs (about 6 to 10 minutes depending on how sporty you are!). The bus ride to Nations takes 6 minutes and is direct.
Otherwise, you can take the train which is located 8 minutes’ walk from the house. Then, a three minutes ride to the Secheron train station. From there, you can walk to Nations (approx 8 minute).

The room is next to a bathroom which is shared by one person. The total number of flatmates including you is 6 persons. Home common spaces to be shared: furnished kitchen, washing machine room, salon, and basement which has two desks. Exterior space includes terraces, parking space and a garden.
