Room to rent in a shared apartment

Nice room to rent as of the 1st of September 2024 until 30.11.2024 (or to be determined), with the possibility to lenghten.


The apartment is located in the Plainpalais area (2 min from the tram stop "Blanche", tram 12 + 18) and is composed by a room with a double bed and a wardrobe, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and separate toilette + bathroom. 


I, a young professional in my 30s, will be absent most of the time, thus the price inculdes access to the entire apartment (TV, wifi, washing machine included).


Tot. price incuding charges: CHF 950 (one month warranty).

My name is Marie and I am a young professional starting an internship at the UN begining of september! I am currently looking for a room and would be very intersted in renting yours/becoming your roomate. A little bit about myself: I am a belgian who grew up a little bit everywhere (the US, france, luxembourg, the NL) and I love the outdoors! I am a very tidy person and will be out of town for most WK in september :) please feel free to ask anymore questions if you are still looking for someone!

I'm Stefano, I'm italian and I'm 26.


On the 15th of August I started my intership at the ILO and actually I'm looking for a room/apartment after the 1th of September because I'm going to finish my sublease contract at the De Piciotto Residence.


My intern period would be 6 months till february but a shorter period of 2/3 months is also fine.

I am Hanna, a law student from Sweden that will be doing my internship in Geneva this fall. I am looking for accommodation for the month of September.


I would consider myself a calm and organized person, yet I’m also talkative and social and very easygoing. In September, I will probably spend a lot of time outdoors and exploring the city. I would love to spend the month in this room and would be super happy if you'd get back to me in case you haven't found any suitable tenant yet.

Love to cook, swim, watch movies, and explore events in the area. I am an incredibly clean roommate (sort of a neat-freak) and have experience living with people from all around the world. I'd be interested since I am also urgently looking for a place in Geneva. I'm starting my internship at the ITU on 02.09., and my previous landlord has cancelled on short notice. I'm 25, from Germany with Chinese roots and have studied in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. As a flatmate I have always been very tidy and respectful, although I do enjoy cooking and music a lot.
