Is there anyone out there who owns this type of cooking-stove ?

A handyman took care of the oven self-cleaning procedure.  However, I didn’t check that the oven was working properly before he left and now discover it lights up but doesn’t heat.

The ‘mode d’emploi’ isn’t very helpful and the shop where I purchased the cooker has since closed.

So if anyone could come to my rescue in the Eaux-Vives, I’d be more than grateful.
