Hello, I am looking for a lawyer to help me with my situation at work. I have been mob/harass for a long time and it seems ombudsman at work is from the same boat. if you are or knew some lawyer, please let me know.
Thank you so much.

Hi, you could contact la permanence de l'ordre des avocats de geneve. It's only 60francs for a chat with a lawyer. You don't need to take an appointment but you should call them first to ask when a work issues specialized lawyer is present at the permanence. Here's their link: http://www.odageneve.ch/fr/permanence
good luck

psychological harassment or "mobbing" is extremely hard to prove here in switzerland. if you go to a lawyer( if they are honest ) they will advise you not to carry on as you will only be paying out legal fees with no judgement of any real value.
my advice would be to get a dr's certificate so you can take paid sick leave. maybe a month or two.
the aggravation from a court case will not do you any good, it would take many months to get resolved, and at the end you will lose your job most likely.
so, take the dr's certificate, take sick leave and look for a new job.
i sincerely wish you all the best.

Dear Zambra,
There are many lawyers in Geneva. I recommend Pierre Bayenet (search internet to find contacts), but look around.
If you work for an international organization I migth be able to represent you, but not if you work for a Swiss compnay as I am not a Swiss lawyer.
Regards,
Curtis

Zambra,
Reka's advice is spot on. If you are planning to potentially sue your employer, don't make that known publicly on social networks (incl glocals.com) cos there's a chance your employer will see you post and get prepared.
If you're working for the UN, I strongly recommend Ed, who focused only on UN employees:
Ed Flaherty (speaked EN)

Hi Zambra,
Hope things are being solved since your last post.
There is a non-profit association called Mobbing-Zentrale which helps victims of mobbing.
Best of luck,
