Setting up a business in Switzerland

Hi! I am looking to start up an online business in Switzerland but I have no idea where to start. I am very familiar with the process in the UK but feeling a bit lost here. Any and all help very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi Cheryl, what kind of company do you want to start (which activity and which legal structure), and which info are you looking for?

If it's just a one-man company you can start your activities without registering, until your first invoices come in. I set up a bank account at UBS to get started and they gave me a lot of help at the time.

Hi! It will be a limited company and I need to set up something more formal for my purposes else your suggestion would have been perfect.
