I was wondering if anybody like to sew and where to get fabrics , etc. in Geneva or around?

Lyon in France is famous for its fabrics, especially silk.  Annecy is nearer and has a fair selection.


“Gras” in rue Coutance in Geneva has good quality materials but they are very expensive and the staff tend to be quite off-hand, especially if you’re a casual customer.


I only go there when I have no other option.

you also can visit Rue de Lyon 74. though they dont have lots of options but the prices are not so bad.
