I`m looking for a company that offers shuttle service in Geneva and surroundings (France), but not only from airport to the ski resorts..
Does anybody here know some priceworthy options?

Not sure what you mean by shuttle service but check out
www.gare-routiere.ch
There are buses every morning in the season to the ski resorts with returns in hte late afternoon. You can also get ski pass included.
There used to be similar deals from Annemasse bus station as well
