your apartment looks great and it is exactly what I am looking for and for your price per month...
I need to move from my similar apartment, because the building owner starts a major renovation and all tenants of the building should free their apartments...
1.Is the apartment still available and can I book a visit to see it?
2. Nothing is said about the furniture. Can I come with my own furniture?
3. Will I be able to have a direct lease contract with regie, or I will need to pay the rent to you? My preference is to have a direct contract with your regie.
My current regie promised support to me in talking to my new regie and to confirm that my building is being freed for works and I deserve priority....
Please let me know what are your answers...
