I got one too. Apperantly they are cleaning their system etc. and it is possible that they may make some mistakes. I called and objected, they said they made a mistake and canceled. So anyone who thinks you did not speed etc., I recommend u call the number in the letter and object it.

So you just called them and said "it didn't happen", and right away on the phone they said it was a mistake?

:) wish that was that easy. Mine was that I paid that ticket and told them I paid. Then they said they made a mistake. The point I was trying to make is that they can make mistakes. So if u did not do any speeding or if u already paid, then call and object. Hope it helps

Thanks for the answer Onurist. It's the first time I receive this tickets. I'll call to ask why they send it now and ask them to recheck. I don't even remember what I was doing these days, I can't be sure if I was speeding up or not.

Update: I went to Service des Contraventions. The guy showed me photos of all instances. He said my address was not registered correctly before so they couldn't find me.

Anyway, don't speed in Geneva, its not good for your health or your wallet :)
