Anyone know of a sports store in Geneva that sells dumbbells, pull up bands, general exercise equipment etc. Or is somewhere in France a better option?

Try Oschner Sport in Geneva or Go Sport in France (Etrembiere or Val Thoiry) or perhaps Athleticum in Meyrin or failing that try Google......
