On their website they say that they are demand-based, so I think the more people send them an email, the more chances we get.

They need about 50 people to organize a session.

There have already been a few Startup Weekends in CH. There was one in Neuchatel recently, like a couple of weeks ago.
You could write directly to [email protected]. Or get in touch with Alexis Moeckli or Cyril Dorsaz, who usually organize SW events in Suisse-Romande.

I was looking to see if there was one in Geneva and couldn't find any...And I figured there should be enough people interested.

I see there is one event in Geneva on Dec 7th:

But when you click on "register" it says there is nothing available...I guess it will be updated soon.
It would be great to meet like minded people!
