Hello,

I see many people on here who sub-let their flats.  I'd be really grateful if anyone could send me a sample of a decent sub-let contract ...   what do you do about a deposit to cover breakages, how do you calculate telephone bills, etc.

Grateful for any advice on hassle-free ways to sub-let a flat  :-)   to someone recommended by a close friend.
